1 hour and 30 minutes to San Pedro:
This is the travel time from Chetumal (Mexico) to the island of San Pedro (Belize), which is the first point of the trip. In San Pedro the boat docks at the "San Pedro International Ferry Terminal" dock.
1 hour in Immigration & Customs in San Pedro:
In San Pedro, passengers get off and register their entry into the country of Belize with the immigration and customs authorities of that country. Once this process is completed, the passengers return to the boat to continue their trip to Caye Caulker.
45 minutes from San Pedro to Caye Caulker:
This is the travel time from San Pedro Island (Belize) to Caye Caulker Island (Belize). The boat finishes its journey and docks at the EZ BOY dock, where passengers get off and can begin their stay on this beautiful island.

- Passport is required for all nationalities, including Mexicans and Belizeans. The information required is First and Last Name as shown on the passport, gender, date of birth, country of origin, nationality, telephone number, passport number, date of issue and expiration date.
- Passengers arrive at the Chetumal Fiscal Dock and check in at the Islander Ferries International ticket office, formerly Water Jets International.
- IMPORTANT: Check-in at least 1 hour before your departure. Registration starts at 8:00 AM and closes at 9:00 AM at the Chetumal office because it is an international trip and you have to go through Immigration and Customs to leave Mexico. They are given the immigration and customs forms so they can begin to fill them out before going to the authorities.
- It is a requirement of the Mexican and Belizean authorities that we send them the passenger list at 9:00 AM because they need to review the information of all passengers in their system.
- At 9:00, passengers begin to register their departure from Mexico with the immigration and customs authorities. Once all passengers have finished, they will be notified when they can access the boat.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
